Connor is doing really good today. He is requiring very little oxygen from the ventillator, and doing most of the breathing on his own. All of his blood test have come back negative for possible infections. But they think that he caught a virus and that is why he was put back on the ventillator. The doctors said that his chest x-ray looked really good today and that if he did have a virus it is working it's way out. We could tell a big difference today with him doing a lot better and also looking better than he has over the last week. The nurses today told us that they all love baby Connor because he is so cute. They are all amazed by how strong and active he is. Another big thing is that they are feeding him 6cc's of milk every three hours. So his feedings have increased quite a bit. His nurse tolk us that she weighed him last night and he was at 2 lb 13 oz. Although it was such a big weight gain from the night before that she was going to recheck it again tonight to see if it was acurate. Anyway we left the hospital feeling really good about his progress today and we just can't wait untill the day we bring him home.
